BUILDING TECHNOLOGY >>

Since the evolution of life on earth, every living organism has developed his own built environment. An environment where they grow, develop and safeguard them. When man progressed he also started to evolve the built environment. As the living conditions changed, the concept of dwelling (shelter) also changed. Man has generated this space from the Stone Age caves to the high tech structures of today.

But, the other side of the progress is that the technological advancement in construction has given birth to different materials, processes that are hazardous to the natural environment. Experts have been trying to develop environmentally friendly construction solutions.
At this juncture PARTH TECHNOLOGY gives the construction technology a paradigm shift. PARTH has been engrossed in research and development of constructing dwellings in materials like CLAY which is the most natural material found in abundance on earth. Here we would try to give you all the facts and figures so as to present a clear picture of PARTH, its technology and activities.

THE PRODUCT

Where time is a critical element, conventional building materials don’t fit the schedule. Simply, because R.C.C., bricks, mortar construction is by its design, time consuming and requires long lead-time for curing. Also this construction method required erecting extensive formwork, machinery and takes away time and money. Hence Clay blocks for walls and floors, roofs are being introduced as the new construction mode of choice.
The construction methods developed by “Parth Technology” are ideally suitable for speedy construction of Farmhouses, Resorts, Assembly Places, simply because they are easy to erect, light weight, maintenance free yet more durable and stronger than conventional building construction material. like rubble, ordinary bricks, concrete

THE CLAY

Burnt clay product has a history as ancient as mankind. Some clay pots & bricks found in the excavation of Mohanjodaro and Harrappa have remained intact for thousands of years, some of which can be called perforated or hollow bricks. Now, the same material is modified, modernized and introduced as Hollow Clay Bricks for walls, floors and roofs. These blocks are manufactured by de-airing a high compression extrusion process, eliminating honeycombs in the body structure resulting in high compressive strength and superior finished quality of the blocks. This plastic clay prevents seepage in the inner wall surface during monsoon. Test conducted on blocks have proved that their water absorption limit is as relevant as IS Code stipulations.
